A week ago we went to the sheep dog trials held in a nearby village. It was a little cool outside, but it was still fun to actually see the Border Collies in action, and Adalyn enjoyed watching the dogs run away to the end of the pasture to bring the sheep back to the course. The "shepherds" were just like the man in the movie "Babe"....most of them were equipped with their derby hats, wellies (rubber boots for us Texans), and a cane. The men in these pictures don't have all of the gear on, but these were the best shots we could get from where we were standing.
